One who have experience bad relationship can have a phobia and thinks that there's nothing left for her or would think that life has ended there. Finding the perfect person suited with your personality can be difficult especially if you have a phobia. You may be scared to go on dates because of this problem. This kind of dating is fine to deal with when looking for friends. Do not take it seriously, relax, go with the flow and keep your mind at ease. Take medications like anti-anxiety or antidepressants if you still experience social phobias.

Your therapist can give you advice on how to deal with a certain situation you are facing that gives you fear, panic feelings, anxiety or being paranoid. The feeling of rejection and fear of commitment can be difficult but deal with it in your most convenient way.

Sometimes the person you are looking for may be right around the corner but you don't notice it. Be friendly and be the best person you can be. Deal with life like there's no tomorrow, be as lovely as you can and enjoy life's pleasures.
